Recent Thoughts

最近我が国でワーク・ライフ・バランス概念を中心に、少子化対策や男女共同参画に関する分析や政策提言をしているが、それをEvidence-Basedで かつ、人々の心と行動 の原理に即したものにできるだけ近づけたいと考えている。またパネル調査分析方法で、潜在クラス変数の利用について既存のものよりさらに発展させ、直接観 察できない人々の多様な人生選択や人生行路のありさまと社会状況のかかわりを、より生き生きと描きたいと考えている。
